About the Role:- Identify and locate the correct parts for machinery and equipment
- Source and order parts from suppliers or warehouse stock
- Provide support and advice to customers and workshop staff
- Manage orders, part numbers, and stock levels
- Handle returns and warranty claims
This role requires strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and come up with effective solutions.
Requirements:- Mechanical aptitude and enthusiasm for problem-solving
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Organized and detail-focused approach
- Comfortable using a computer (email, Excel, inventory systems)
