Job Summary

A highly skilled professional is sought to join our organization in Tamworth, working closely with customers and clients to restore their lives after loss or damage to their properties.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, confident in completing site inspections, ascertaining cause and extent of damage, appointing trades/other relevant specialists, and providing a seamless end-to-end claims experience.

We welcome applications from those with a background in loss adjusting/claims, but also consider transferable skills from tradespeople, property management professionals, or similar fields.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional and excellent service when completing on-site and desktop assessments, interacting with customers and clients.
  • Proactively communicate clear and accurate advice, solutions, timeframes, and claim progress to all stakeholders.
  • Clearly document all decisions made and reasons, including ownership details, reserve changes, and acceptance/rejection of claims.
  • Prior experience as a Loss Adjuster (desirable) or equivalent skills in a similar industry.
  • Current and valid driver's license.

About the Role
