Insurance Claims Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Claims Specialist to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

As an Insurance Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for managing insurance claims from start to finish. This includes conducting site inspections, gathering information, and communicating with clients to ensure their needs are met.

You will work closely with our team of experts to investigate and settle claims in a fair and timely manner. You will also be responsible for documenting all decisions made and reasons, including ownership details, reserve changes and acceptance/rejection of claims.

Previous experience as an Insurance Claims Specialist (desirable) or similar role is essential. Loss Adjusting qualifications preferred, or professional qualifications applicable to the Insurance Claims industry would be beneficial. Trade qualifications would also be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional and excellent service when completing on-site and desktop assessments, interacting with customers and clients.
  • Proactively communicate clear and accurate advice, solutions, timeframes and claim progress to all stakeholders.
  • Clearly document all decisions made and reasons, including ownership details, reserve changes and acceptance/rejection of claims.
  • Manage multiple claims simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
