About the Role:

This Empowerment Specialist position involves conducting initial assessments to determine client needs, providing case management services, and facilitating group and individual activities to promote employability skills and job matching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify strengths, barriers, and goals
  • Develop and implement personalized action plans to support clients in achieving employment outcomes
  • Facilitate group and individual sessions to promote employability skills, job search strategies, and resume building
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations, including those with disabilities, mental health concerns, or cultural diversity
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
