**Job Overview**

Our team is seeking a highly experienced Project Architect with 8+ years' architectural experience. As a leader in the design phase, you will be responsible for managing Class 1 and Class 2 residential projects across all stages.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage Class 1 and Class 2 residential projects across all stages
  • Lead client and consultant coordination throughout the project lifecycle
  • Oversee and review documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Support junior team members and contribute to studio knowledge-sharing

**Requirements**

  • 8+ years' architectural experience, with Class 1 and Class 2 projects
  • NSW registration (desired but not essential)
  • Strong documentation and project delivery skills
  • ArchiCAD literate
  • Collaborative, proactive and detail-oriented
