About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Leader to oversee residential projects across Class 1 and Class 2 developments. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical focus, excellent documentation skills, and experience working with consultants and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage residential projects across all stages of design and delivery
  • Lead client and consultant coordination throughout the project lifecycle
  • Oversee and review documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Support junior team members and contribute to studio knowledge-sharing
About You
  • 8+ years' architectural experience, with Class 1 and Class 2 projects
  • NNSW registration (desired but not essential)
  • Strong documentation and project delivery skills
  • ArchiCAD literate
  • Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented
