Project Director Opportunity

This position offers the chance to spearhead large-scale projects that will shape the urban landscape. As a Project Architect, you will be involved in the design, coordination, and delivery of high-quality multi-residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all phases of the architectural process, including preparation and delivery of DA and CC packages.
  • Manage project teams, consultants, stakeholders, timelines, and budgets to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Attend site meetings, resolve on-site issues, review shop drawings, and ensure delivery aligns with the design intent and project vision.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary education in Architecture; Registration is highly desirable.
  • High proficiency with ArchiCAD, able to do mark-ups.
  • Proven experience leading multi-residential, mixed-use, or commercial projects.
