Job Role Overview
The role of a Clinical Support Specialist is crucial in the development and implementation of Health Information Systems products for the Australian health industry.
As part of our team, you will be working closely with other professionals to design and deliver systems that meet the needs of healthcare providers.
This role requires a strong understanding of documentation processes in electronic medical record systems and the ability to design processes in line with software functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to develop Health Information System products
- Participate in travel within Australia as required
Requirements and Qualifications
- Hold a degree or equivalent in Health Information Management
- Demonstrate significant experience working with ICD-10-AM (including 12th Edition) and the AR-DRG Grouper
- Be able to design processes and deliver presentations effectively
- Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, which would be viewed favorably
