We are seeking a skilled professional to facilitate the exchange of health and medical information between businesses and healthcare providers through our medEbridge platform.
- Liaising with customers and healthcare specialists to obtain medical records on behalf of clients
- Managing client relationships and ensuring seamless communication throughout the process
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve any challenges or discrepancies that may arise
- Caseload Management: Ensure timely actioning of caseloads, adhering to established deadlines
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients and healthcare providers to guarantee smooth communication and data exchange
- Data Entry and Administration: Perform accurate data entry and manage administrative duties as required
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders
- Negotiation and Conflict Resolution: Ability to negotiate, influence, and manage conflicts effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Multitasking and Time Management: Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities
