Business Analyst with Healthcare Domain Hackensack, NJExperience: 12 YearsDuration:Long term ContractNeed LinkedIn & Passport No with the profileMANDATOR SKILLS:HEALTHCARE DOMAIN, EHR/EMR systems, healthcare interoperability standards,HIPAA, HITECH, CMSJob Description: -Working across functional areas.Demonstrating expertise in clinical electronic information systems for data extraction and reporting.Interpreting business data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports.Collaborating with the Clinical Intelligence and IT teams, as well as subject matter experts, to define reporting solutions.Facilitating project groups in developing survey tools, metrics, dashboards, reports, and oncology monitoring plans with an analytical and statistical focus.Critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, including Epic EHR.Presenting business analyses to non-analytical audiences, such as administrators and clinicians.Contributing to the development of meaningful departmental goals and objectives that align with the organization's strategic direction by analyzing needs and providing recommendations.Effectively utilizing resources to achieve departmental goals within established budgets by forecasting future needs, monitoring progress, and adjusting resources as necessary.Ensuring the timely reporting of key metrics to internal and external stakeholders.Required Skills and ExpertiseQualifications:5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare domain.Strong knowledge of EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, NextGen, etc.).
Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, CDA, X12, etc.).
Understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, CMS, and other healthcare regulations.Proficiency in business process modeling, workflow diagrams, and system analysis.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.syed
