Job Title: Healthcare Oversight Specialist
About This Opportunity:- We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Oversight Specialist, to provide expert clinical oversight and input to inform service design and system improvements.
The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to develop and maintain sound systems, policies and procedures that foster a culture of accountability, whilst encouraging innovation and problem solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply expert clinical skills to ensure the robust oversight of healthcare services across the Victorian correctional systems through audits, reviews and investigations.
- Provide expert clinical input to inform service design and system improvements.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in delivery of healthcare services in highly sensitive and complex environments.
- Demonstrated experience in monitoring healthcare service delivery.
A tertiary qualification in a health or related field and current registration with the relevant professional body are required for this role.
