Strategic HR Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Professional to drive people priorities that support business objectives and provide strategic workforce planning.

The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as an advisor across the employee lifecycle, coaching department heads to drive growth.

  • Work with senior leaders and the organization as a strategic partner, providing expert advice on ER/IR matters, compliance and legislation, policy and company values.
  • Create and promote a high-performance culture through talent development, performance management and initiatives.

About You

  • Proven experience in an agile and matrixed environment, with a strong commercial approach and delivery-focused mindset.
  • A strong background across the full employee lifecycle, including performance and remuneration reviews, external business job architecture, talent and succession planning, recruitment and workforce compliance.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday, using systems to streamline processes and support data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, balance competing priorities and build trust at all levels with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
