Job Description:
This is a unique opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join our team and drive business priorities that support the organization's objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders and the business to advise on all employee lifecycle stages, providing strategic HR and workforce planning expertise.
Key responsibilities include creating and promoting a high-performance culture through talent development, performance management, and initiatives. This involves working collaboratively with department heads to coach and develop their teams, as well as partnering with the Head of HR and Business Leaders on organizational design, change management, and cultural transformation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in performance and remuneration reviews, external business job architecture, talent and succession planning, recruitment, and workforce compliance. They will also be proficient in HRIS platforms, such as Workday, and have a good understanding of employment legislation and policy development.
In addition to these technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and build trust at all levels.
