About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an analyst consultant. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting senior advisors in the design and delivery of high-quality insights and solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Gathering, validating, analyzing and interpreting data for accuracy and relevance
  • Conducting research to translate strategic, financial and organizational insights into practical solutions
  • Planning and project management to ensure seamless execution
  • Preparing clear and accurate client reports with actionable recommendations
  • Supporting consultants in delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs
  • Working on multiple client engagements concurrently to drive results
  • Developing a deep understanding of client requirements and contributing to meetings and deliverables

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as business, finance or economics
  • Previous experience as a graduate analyst, analyst or consultant is required
  • Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills, including pivot tables, lookups and charts
  • A proactive and positive attitude, drive and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
