We're seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Membership Administrator to join our team.

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, retaining members through every call and contact while providing membership administration support.

We're looking for someone who is outgoing, enjoys engaging with members both face-to-face and over the phone. You'll need to exceed targets, find solutions to problems, and be well-organised. Additionally, you should be self-motivated and enjoy working in a fast-paced sales and retention environment.

To succeed, you'll need to demonstrate experience in:

  • Customer sales and/or retention environments;
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills;
  • Well-developed negotiation and objection handling skills;
  • Teamwork and collaboration;
  • Effective communication and reporting capabilities;
  • An excellent track record of meeting KPIs, targets, and sales goals;
  • Demonstrated debt collection and membership-based administration experience;
  • Verbal communication skills to build rapport and relationships;
  • Attention to detail and achieving results.
