Build a Thriving Membership Base

We are seeking talented individuals to play a vital part in building and maintaining a membership base. As a Member Support Consultant, you will contribute to the growth and success of our club by delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with members and prospects to generate high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and new business opportunities.
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members, showcasing the benefits of our club and services.
  • Create positive and personalised member journeys through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Ensure successful outcomes to enquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Assist with opening and closing the club as per the roster.
  • Contribute to member retention programs by inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.
  • Make regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged and informed about our products and services.
About You:
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
  • The ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds and help them achieve their goals.
  • Skill in problem-solving and overcoming obstacles.
  • Outstanding communication skills, including listening, understanding, empathy, and influencing others.
  • Tenacity and drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a desire to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
