Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Brook Recruitment. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and promote our clients' projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans that align with our clients' brand identities and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with our development and operations teams to create and execute marketing strategies for project materials, lead and lease acquisition campaigns, and resident engagement programs.
  • Manage key partnerships to support marketing initiatives and operational outcomes.
  • Create, implement, and evaluate marketing campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Oversee agency deliverables, from briefing to final delivery, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.
  • Maintain and monitor CRM and social media channels, including content creation and community management.
  • Manage public relations efforts, including press releases, press kits, and media responses.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in the property industry is advantageous, with a bonus for project marketing.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to stay informed about industry trends and refine practices to ensure effectiveness.
