Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive business growth at Austrack Campers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our business goals, driving sales growth through impactful marketing campaigns, and enhancing our brand's visibility and credibility across all channels.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that align with our business goals.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales growth through impactful marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships.
- Brand Management: Enhance our brand's visibility and credibility across all channels.
- Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing initiatives in association with our off-site marketing agency (Thryv) and internal team, including social media (ads and organic), SEM, SEO, and email/SMS campaigns.
- Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Market Research: Oversee market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
- Customer Support: Develop and oversee customer support initiatives such as Austrack Camper Owner Trips and Austrack Academy to foster community engagement.
- Event Planning: Plan and execute internal and external events, including Open Days, the company Christmas Party, and more, that align with brand values and enhance customer loyalty.
- Team Management: Mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
- Marketing Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Product Launches: Plan and execute product launches, retargeting campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
- Marketing Expertise: A marketing expert with a minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience in both traditional and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of the retail and drive-tourism sectors.
- Customer Engagement: Passion for customer engagement, community building, and event management.
- Strategic Partnership Acquisition: Expertise in strategic partnership acquisition and management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and a relatable, humanised approach to content creation.
- Data Analysis: A strategic thinker who can analyse data and make informed decisions.
