Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to oversee all marketing activities, including developing marketing strategies, brand development, campaign management, sponsored partnerships, B2B and B2C relations. This role is crucial to driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth both in Australia and overseas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Fumpa Pumps' growth strategies in Australia and overseas.
    • Define target audience segments (B2B and B2C) and create tailored marketing campaigns to attract customers.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for differentiation.
    • Manage and report marketing budgets to ensure they meet expected ROI.
  • Digital Marketing and Content Creation
    • Lead digital marketing initiatives across web, social media, email, and paid channels to drive sales.
    • Manage external digital marketing agencies by providing strategic direction and management, ensuring alignment with Fumpa Pumps' goals and strategies.
    • Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
    • Monitor digital presence and brand perception across all platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and impactful content that resonates with target audiences.
  • B2B Partnerships
    • Increase sales channels by actively engaging and following up with local and overseas dealers.
    • Create up-to-date catalogues and pricing models for dealers to explore our product range.
    • Explore in-store visual merchandising options to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
  • Essential Skills and Experience
    • 3+ years of experience in a senior marketing position, with a strong track record of driving growth.
    • Very strong written and verbal skills.
    • Experience working closely with senior leadership and external partners/agencies.
    • Experience in retail sales and generating growth through retail channels.
    • Demonstrated experience delivering successful digital marketing campaigns and activities.
    • Highly proficient in marketing technology such as Meta, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
    • Experience in eCommerce platforms such as Shopify and Amazon is desirable.
    • Experience in the cycling, auto, or other relevant sporting industry would be desirable, but not essential.
