Job Title: Mortgage Financing Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mortgage Financing Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in supporting brokers by ensuring that loan applications are prepared, submitted, and processed efficiently.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing documentation, liaising with lenders, and tracking applications to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review loan applications to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission
  • Liaise with brokers, lenders, and internal teams to gather required documents and information
  • Submit loan applications to lenders and follow up on outstanding items
  • Track application progress and proactively manage timelines to ensure smooth processing
  • Communicate updates to brokers and internal teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed
  • Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems with the latest application status
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in loan processing, credit support, or a similar role in mortgage lending (desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing loan applications and documentation
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Familiarity with loan processing systems, lender portals, and compliance requirements (desirable)
