Job Title: Mortgage Finance Professional

About the Role

This is a pivotal position in our retail branch network where you will build relationships with members and deliver exceptional service while offering sound mortgage advice.

  • Deliver seamless banking experiences for members.
  • Making outbound calls to new and prospective members to build relationships and grow lending portfolios.
  • Create meaningful conversations with members by building trust and confidence.
  • Build strong relationships within the Defence Community.
  • Educate members on digital banking tools and services.
  • Grow Mortgage and Consumer lending portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

You are passionate about delivering an exceptional member experience. You are results-driven, self-motivated, proactive yet flexible in operation. You possess strong retail lending experience, solid knowledge of local residential mortgage products and the real estate market within your region.

You have the ability to create new opportunities, convert leads and manage pipelines. You enjoy engaging with members proactively via outbound calling. Tier 2 accreditation and/or a Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Brokering is essential.
