New Property Specialists takes care of everything from start to finish, allowing clients to achieve their dream of owning a new property without the stress.

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Broker preferably located in the Greater Sydney Area. The role is a full-time fully remote role with a work from home setup and company mobile phone provided.

The Mortgage Broker will be responsible for assisting our clients and will be proficient in running serviceability calculations, lodging mortgage applications and taking the application from Lodgement to Settlement.

Daily tasks include working closely with Directors Alon and Chad and NPS clients to understand their financial needs, providing expert guidance throughout the mortgage process, and liaising with lenders to secure favorable terms.

Qualifications & Experience
  • 2 + Experience in Mortgage Brokering
  • Skills in Debt Consolidation and Finance
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and proficient in stakeholder management with Lenders, Conveyancer, Builders
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in mortgage brokering and finance - Minimum of a Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking and Finance or Diploma in Mortgage Broking management (preferred)
  • Advantageous to have a Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business, Banking or related field
  • Proficient with Loan Market myCRM software, Apply Online, File Invite
  • A good current market knowledge around lenders policies within the home lending construction space and Home Guarantee Scheme Loans
  • Strong skillset and ability to process refinance and cash out applications and investment loan purchase applications
Remuneration & Offer
  • For the right experienced applicant we are looking at offering a very favourable commission structure split inclusive of a share in trail income
  • We will provide a healthy flow of client leads inclusive of refinance leads for past clients and full support from Directors.
