We are seeking a highly motivated Mortgage Broker to join our team. As a key member of our finance and sales team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients, managing the end-to-end mortgage process, and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients, lenders, referral partners, and stakeholders.
  • Manage the mortgage application process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate completions.
  • Stay up to date with lender policies, compliance requirements, and market trends, applying this knowledge to deliver innovative solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive business growth, share best practices, and achieve shared goals.
Requirements
  • 2–3+ years' experience in mortgage broking or a related field (or equivalent banking background with proven results).
  • Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred).
  • Proven track record of writing and settling loans.
  • Strong knowledge of lender products, structures, and credit policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
  • A self-starter with drive, resilience, and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
