Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Member Consultant. This role plays a pivotal part in enhancing the member experience by providing exceptional customer service, helping members achieve their financial goals, and developing effective working relationships with stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for opening accounts, processing transactions, and responding to member queries. They will also answer and assist inbound general call queues and enquiries, complete branch tasks to ensure ongoing compliance with legislation and policies, and communicate across all levels of the organisation to maintain knowledge and awareness.

Main Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Experience within a customer-facing retail or administrative team or similar
