Membership Manager

The Membership Manager at Brighton is responsible for managing the member experience, leading a team of Member Support Consultants, and overseeing front desk operations. This role requires a motivational leader with sales expertise, organisational capabilities, and excellence in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily workflow of the MSC team to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Achieve individual sales targets to contribute to the success of the team.
  • Create a structure to ensure the MSC team achieves their daily performance criteria.
  • Assist with the delivery of sales training to develop the MSC team.
  • Achieve member retention and growth budgets on a monthly basis.
  • Respond to enquiries within 24 hours.
  • Support the Club and Regional Manager in developing initiatives to drive membership growth.

About You:

  • Demonstrate proven sales and customer service experience with the ability to hit KPIs.
  • Understand the cycle of selling and various sales techniques.
  • Have previous experience of managing the customer journey to achieve successful customer outcomes.
  • Be able to manage and mentor a team.
  • Set and motivate others towards a goal.
  • Experience using business computer systems.
  • Hold current First Aid and CPR certificates.
