
Ambassador of Exceptional Member Experiences

The primary goal of this position is to deliver exceptional member experiences by providing personalized support and service as the first point of contact within our organization.
This role involves handling a range of member requests, processing new memberships, term deposits, and account changes, while actively identifying opportunities for self-service banking options and promoting mutually beneficial solutions.
To be successful in this role, you will need experience with receiving and making calls via inbound and outbound phone queues, processes, and techniques. A member-centric attitude and passion for outstanding customer service are essential. Additionally, demonstrated experience in customer service and sales within the financial services industry is required, along with RG146 Tier 2 certification or willingness to obtain it.
