Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with account-related transactions, educating them on digital solutions, and identifying opportunities to offer tailored products and services.

This position requires fostering strong relationships, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and resolving inquiries in a timely, friendly, and accurate manner.

  • Process and manage various financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and statement printing.
  • Support other teams as needed and maintain a balanced workload.
  • Investigate and resolve client issues through prompt and effective troubleshooting.
  • Meet personal sales targets by cross-selling relevant products and maintaining a deep understanding of available services.
  • Utilize systems to stay informed about the client's current relationship and educate clients on emerging and existing technology and digital solutions.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Previous experience in cash handling, banking, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills, provide top-notch customer service, and maintain a positive approach in interactions with clients.
