Project Officer Aged and Palliative Care - Allied Health

About the Role:

This role supports the strategic objectives of a leading primary health care network to lead support and strengthen person-centred primary health care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation of The Aged Care On-site Pharmacist Measure (ACOP) in residential aged care homes (RACH).
  • Coordination of the engagement and support for Allied Health sector in Western NSW.
Selection Criteria:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in project management, including creating and managing project timelines.
  • Knowledge of the aged care, primary care, and community pharmacy and or allied health sectors.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with well-developed written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Aboriginal culture including a commitment to cultural awareness and safety.
  • High-level competence in using information communication technology.
