Job Title: Senior Healthcare Project Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic objectives of Western NSW Primary Health Network (WNSW PHN) to lead support and strengthen person-centred primary health care.

This role has a dual focus on:

  1. Implementing The Aged Care On-site Pharmacist Measure (ACOP) in residential aged care homes (RACH)
  2. Coordinating engagement and support for Allied Health sector in Western NSW

You will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful planning and delivery of both projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience in project management, including creating and managing project timelines
  • Knowledge of the aged care, primary care, and community pharmacy and/or allied health sectors
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of Aboriginal culture and commitment to cultural awareness and safety
  • High-level interpersonal and communication skills and high-level competence in using information communication technology
  • Capacity to travel within western NSW; hold a current driver's licence
  • Qualifications in project management and/or experience in project management
