Job Role: Housing Services Coordinator

The primary function of this position is to collaborate with a team in delivering efficient tenancy and property management services.

  • Support the housing team with interviewing clients and assessing eligibility for assistance.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide information on available housing and homelessness services.
  • Prepare necessary documents for tenancy management, including issuing notices and processing rent reviews.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance requirements.
  • Process relevant documents to establish new tenancies.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity with flexible work arrangements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to manage multiple tasks concurrently, and hold a Certificate IV in social housing or equivalent level of expertise and experience.
