The organisation is seeking a housing professional to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. The Tenancy Manager will be responsible for coordinating and delivering housing services, working closely with tenants, real estate agents, property owners, and support services.

This is a part-time role that requires the ability to establish and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders, as well as utilising Property and Tenancy Management software. A strong understanding of the needs of vulnerable individuals and families who experience homelessness is essential.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Demonstrated tenancy management experience
  2. Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  3. Sound knowledge of legislation and regulations
  4. High degree of initiative and ability to work in a team
  5. Strong analytical ability

A tertiary qualification in tenancy management or a related field is desirable. Experience in partnering with homeless support services and policy development is also advantageous.
