You will test new functionalities for our ERM (Enterprise Risk Management), React Native mobile application. Located in a central office and reporting to a Development Manager, you will be part of a small team that strives to implement best practices for mobile app testing and agile project delivery.

Our primary objectives are:
  1. Evaluate software functions and design test protocols to ensure that products work as intended.
  2. Complete all testing procedures, suggest performance changes, and prepare performance reports for the development managers.
  3. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  4. Develop and implement a comprehensive test plan for React Native mobile applications.
  5. Define testing strategies for both iOS and Android platforms, considering platform-specific and device-specific behaviors.

Key Skills and Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or similar field.
  • Proven work experience as a software test engineer with a mobile app focus.
  • Experience in testing mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of program testing software.
  • Proficiency in testing tools like Jest, Detox, Appium, Espresso, XCTest, or Cypress.
