Mobile Test Automation Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Mobile Test Automation Expert to lead our mobile testing initiatives and drive automation excellence across our platforms.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain robust mobile test automation frameworks that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and optimal results.
  • Analyse solution designs and documentation to create comprehensive test cases that cover all aspects of the application.
  • Conduct thorough API and UI testing using tools like WebdriverIO, Postman, and Ready API to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Guide and mentor QA team members to deliver exceptional quality results and develop their skills in test automation.
  • Report on test progress and outcomes using Azure DevOps, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Support manual testing and regression builds as needed to ensure end-to-end coverage.
Requirements
  • You will need:
  • 7+ years' experience in mobile Quality Assurance and test automation (WebdriverIO, Postman, Ready API).
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in SQL and API testing, with expertise in troubleshooting and bug identification.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills, able to effectively work with stakeholders and team members.
  • Experience in insurance domain and CRM/UI testing is a plus, with ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance overall quality.
