Job Title: Senior Qa Mobile

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance (QA) professional to lead our mobile testing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining test automation frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate testing into our Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and mentoring junior QA engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust test cases based on solution designs and documentation
  • Conduct API and UI testing using tools like WebdriverIO, Postman, and ReadyAPI
  • Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce manual testing effort
  • Mentor and guide junior QA engineers to deliver quality outcomes
  • Report on test progress and outcomes using Azure DevOps
  • Support manual testing and regression builds as needed

Requirements:

  • 7+ years' experience in mobile Quality Assurance and test automation (WebdriverIO, Postman, ReadyAPI)
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
  • Proficiency in SQL and API testing
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in insurance domain and CRM/UI testing is a plus
  • Ability to troubleshoot and identify bugs across tech platforms
