Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced test automation engineer to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, with expertise in Appium and TypeScript. They will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive automated test suites to ensure the quality and reliability of our product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites using Appium and TypeScript.
  • Implement and optimize test automation frameworks from scratch.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure seamless integration of automated testing processes.
  • Perform thorough testing of mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.
  • Identify, analyze, and document bugs and defects found during testing.
  • Conduct regression testing to verify resolved issues and validate new features.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and infrastructure.
  • Provide detailed and accurate test reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in mobile test automation using Appium and TypeScript.
  • Strong understanding of mobile testing principles and best practices for iOS and Android.
  • Experience in developing and implementing test automation frameworks from scratch.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with other automation tools and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools.
