Senior Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Professional to lead and mentor a team of test specialists in mobile platform testing.

  • This senior QA role involves driving excellence in testing, collaborating with developers and project teams to ensure high-quality solutions, and mentoring junior team members.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining mobile test automation frameworks to drive efficiency and effectiveness in testing.
  • Collaborating with DevOps teams to integrate testing into continuous integration and delivery pipelines, ensuring seamless deployment and reduced bugs.
  • Analyzing solution designs and documentation to create robust test cases, guaranteeing thorough coverage and reducing errors.
  • Conducting API and UI testing using tools like WebdriverIO, Postman, and Ready API to identify and resolve defects promptly.
  • Mentoring and guiding QA team members to deliver high-quality outcomes, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Reporting on test progress and results using Azure DevOps, providing actionable insights for improvement and decision-making.
  • Supporting manual testing and regression builds as needed, ensuring comprehensive testing and quality assurance.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years' experience in mobile Quality Assurance and test automation (WebdriverIO, Postman, Ready API).
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle.
  • Proficiency in SQL and API testing.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in insurance domain and CRM/UI testing is a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and identify bugs across tech platforms.
