Job Description

The Business Analyst - Digital will play a crucial role in ensuring the product success and operational execution of the AFL's digital offerings. This includes existing and new initiatives, working closely with stakeholders and technical teams to validate product readiness and feasibility.

This role involves supporting the execution of AFL products with operational excellence. Key responsibilities include facilitating development-ready requirements, maintaining up-to-date documentation on technical solutions, and participating in regular Product Team meetings to stay aligned with strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have highly developed communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work in a cross-functional environment with varied stakeholders. Strong understanding of technical processes and strategic product goals is also required, along with experience working with varied technical resources and vendors.
