This role involves designing and executing end-to-end digital operating models, partnering with domain leads and digital product owners. Key responsibilities include supporting the conversion of target operating models, developing roadmaps, improving business processes, and delivering significant improvements in efficiency and customer experience.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:*

  • Experience in end-to-end product process, including product requirements gathering, briefing development teams, and launching new products.
  • Excellent process flow mapping and administration skills.
  • Advanced experience in Excel and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to present and communicate updates to partners.
  • Technically minded and able to provide requirements and distil information into timely updates.
