About the Role:

As a Claims Advisor, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of workers compensation claims for injured workers. Your primary goal will be to determine eligibility for claims, assess liability, and manage the claim process through to finalisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review medical documents to determine claim eligibility
  • Determine liability and manage the claim process
  • Identify effective treatment options and manage injury management and return to work plans
Requirements:
  • Qualifications in allied health (Nursing, Occupational therapy, physiotherapy, or rehab counseling)
  • Previous workers compensation claims experience
  • Sound decision-making skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, making decisions, and managing multiple priorities
