Our global community of people from 100+ countries listen to each other, actively contribute and grow together. The role of Senior Strategic Business Partner is a national position responsible for managing and developing the business within Harvey Norman. You will develop and drive joint business plans to achieve set revenue, profit and market share objectives. Your strategies and investment will align with the commercial agenda and include designated Electrolux brands, categories and products. You will demonstrate an ability to analyze sales and market data to identify opportunities or risks and build business case recommendations which influence market performance and retail negotiations. Effectively communicate the business plan to the field sales team to maximize revenue and profit potential through execution excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Own relationships with key customers including communication, planning, administration and execution to deliver results within your retail accounts. - Ensure clear sales and marketing plans aligned with the corporate direction deliver growth in strategic categories. - Actively seek critical information influencing product performance in stores, understand competitor activity and market dynamics to ensure EHP remains relevant and on course to deliver sales revenue, profit and market share KPI's. - Create and distribute regular communication to the state sales team for successful implementation at store level. - Conduct regular scheduled business meetings with customers incorporating performance reviews against sales, volume, forecast, marketing investment and promotional objectives. Requirements: - Proven track record of success as a National Key Account Manager or National Account Executive. - Experience working in Consumer Appliances/Electronics/Whitegoods or FMCG industries. - Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal. - Customer centric with a desire to identify and meet customer needs. - Results driven with ability to influence at all levels. - Ability to seek, digest and develop insights from data and comfortable with analytical work. - Proven negotiator who can create and maintain strong relationships at a senior level.
