The Role

You will partner with senior business stakeholders to execute strategic projects. Your role includes partnering with and coaching leaders to enable informed decisions that drive performance, cultural change and employee engagement.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing operating models and organisational structures that optimise business performance and align with our principles.
  • Partnering with and coaching senior leaders to provide commercial advice that ensures safety and wellbeing.
  • Leading change implementation, including communication and embedment of key strategic engagements.
  • Contributing to Trans-Tasman business priorities to ensure success.
  • Leading consulting engagements into operational people related challenges, exploring data and insights, root cause analysis, solution formulation and business recommendations.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated prior experience in a similar position in a complex environment.
  • Experience in leading business re-structuring and change programs.
  • Providing trusted advice and guidance to senior leaders.
  • Implementing OD initiatives such as talent and culture programs.
  • Strong business partnering, influencing, negotiation and organisation skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills.
  • HRIS systems experience.
  • A tertiary degree in Human Resources Management or similar discipline desired.
