Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing Finance Manager to join our Funds Management Performance & Analytics team. As a trusted partner, you will be embedded in the business, working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive business performance.

This is a strategic role where you will lead forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes across Funds Management and affiliates. You will deliver high-quality analysis and insights to senior stakeholders, driving automation and continuous improvement using platforms like Anaplan, Workiva, and Workday.

Requirements
  • You are a CA/CPA-qualified finance professional with a passion for performance, insight, and commercial impact.
  • You have 5+ years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or strategic business partnering roles.
  • Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting analysis that informs decision-making.
