Job Summary

This is a key role within the organization, responsible for partnering with senior business leaders to drive strategic initiatives and enhance HR operations.

  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong HR generalist background, with a minimum of 4 years experience as a People/HR Business Partner.
  • Prior experience in start-up or SaaS environments is essential, as well as strong knowledge of AUS/NZ legislation, Fair Work, and WHS regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project management: driving HR initiatives forward and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Collaboration: working closely with senior business leaders to understand their needs and develop solutions.
  • Analysis: using data and insights to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years as a People/HR Business Partner with a strong HR Generalist background.
