The ideal candidate will have advanced financial modelling skills, a solid understanding of residential property development and finance fundamentals, and be able to navigate complexities of residential property development risks, acquisition pricing, and deal structuring.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor economic, regulatory, and residential sector conditions to identify new opportunities and manage risk.
- Manage the collation of market intelligence and strategic research to formulate and regularly update a targeted, demand-led national acquisition strategy.
- Review and contribute to the annual asset class review, ensuring our strategies remain robust and effective.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Advanced financial modelling skills
- Solid understanding of residential property development and finance fundamentals
