The role of a Senior Analyst is pivotal in shaping the strategic direction of residential living assets.

This involves effective deployment of member capital to maximise returns through monitoring economic and regulatory conditions. The position requires strong financial modelling skills, a solid understanding of residential property development and finance fundamentals, and the ability to navigate complex risks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing collation of market intelligence and strategic research
  • Formulating and regularly updating targeted national acquisition strategies
  • Reviewing and contributing to annual asset class reviews
  • Leading transaction due diligence and conducting detailed financial modelling
  • Assisting with managing external consultants and preparing project plans and investment memoranda

As a Senior Analyst, you will contribute to ensuring our members retire with dignity and security by driving origination strategy and making recommendations on deal structures based on opportunity, risks, and sensitivity analysis.
