Job Title: Auto Parts Coordinator

 

We are seeking a skilled and organized Auto Parts Coordinator to join our team. As an essential member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the flow of auto parts from receiving to dispatch, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining accurate records.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and procure auto parts from various suppliers using our extensive database and catalogue system.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient stock management practices.
  • Prepare and process invoices and financial documents for stock sales.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and customers to resolve any issues or concerns related to auto part delivery.
  • Participate in regular stocktakes and contribute to improving our stock management processes.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient computer literacy and ability to learn new software applications.
