About the Role

Von Bibra Auto Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Interpreter and a Trainee Parts Interpreter to join our Trade Parts department in Robina. This full-time role will see you providing excellent parts knowledge and customer service to our Trade and Retail customers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Identifying and sourcing the correct parts and accessories for our Trade and Retail customers over the phone
  • Providing exceptional customer service and technical advice to our Trade and Retail Customers
  • Undertaking training to continually develop your automotive parts expertise
  • Supporting the wider team as required

What We're Looking For

  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively
  • A genuine interest in the automotive industry and a passion for continual learning
  • Experience in a parts interpreter, counter sales or similar automotive role, or the enthusiasm to train for this position
  • Solid computer skills and the ability to navigate parts catalogues and inventory management systems
  • A proactive, organised and detail-oriented approach to your work
