About the role

Mudgeeraba Auto Electrical is seeking a full-time Qualified Mechanic to join our team in Mudgeeraba, Queensland. As a Qualified Mechanic, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing a wide range of vehicles, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

What you'll be doing

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in various types of vehicles
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections
  • Test, adjust, and replace parts as needed
  • Maintain detailed records of work performed
  • Provide exceptional customer service and advice
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

What we're looking for

  • Formal qualifications in automotive mechanic
  • Ideal candidate would have a minimum of 5 years post apprenticeship experience as a Qualified Mechanic
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • Knowledge of the latest automotive technologies and repair methods and willingness to learn
  • A valid driver's licence and your own tools
