**An exciting new opportunity has opened at our Burleigh Heads Napa. This is an entry level role for someone who would like to Start or Further their career in the Automotive industry.**

**About the role**:
Our **Parts Interpreters** provide accurate technical parts support to trade, industrial and mining customers, levering their expert automotive/mechanical knowledge. They assist customers with product information and advice, but also problem solve, provide solutions, and use sales techniques. Our customers benefit from the strong relationships they build and exceptional customer service they provide.

**Duties include**:

- Interpret parts ( All training provided)
- Process customer orders
- Efficiently dispatch products and parts
- First point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone)
- Contribute to a **culture of safety** by putting **safety first**, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home

**Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.**
