Auto Glass Industry Apprentice

About the Job:

Pursue a Certificate III in Automotive Glazing through our comprehensive skills development program.

Participate in on-the-job training to develop auto technician capabilities.

Learn to repair and replace glass on various motor vehicles to Australian standards.

Master windscreen recalibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).

Conduct precision glass chip repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pursue the O'Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing.
  • Develop auto technician capabilities.
  • Repair and replace glass on various motor vehicles.
  • Maste rwindscreen re-calibrations.
  • Conduct precision glass chip repairs.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in driving automatic and manual vehicles.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn the trade.

Bonus Attributes:

  • Retail or automotive experience is advantageous but not required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for engaging and influencing others.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
